1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Onde India application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Onde India is a ride-booking platform connecting passengers (“Riders”) with drivers (“Drivers”) for transportation within supported locations across India. GK Cabs Company operates the platform and provides support but is not a transport service provider.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must register with accurate personal details (name, phone, email, etc.).
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Ride Bookings & Payments

  • Fares are estimated based on distance, time, demand, and taxes.
  • Payments may be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash (where available).
  • Riders agree to pay the confirmed fare at ride completion.
  • Drivers receive payments via secure channels as per company policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Riders may cancel rides before driver arrival; late cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or harm other users or drivers.
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during rides.

7. Driver Obligations

  • Maintain valid driving license, vehicle documents, and insurance.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.
  • Keep vehicles clean and in good condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

GK Cabs Company provides technology services and shall not be held liable for any accidents, losses, or damages during rides. Riders and Drivers are responsible for their own conduct and safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All app and website content, trademarks, and materials are owned by GK Cabs Company. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute content without written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
